01 - 1 lb smoked sausage (kielbasa or Italian), sliced into ½-inch rounds

03 - 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
04 - 2 medium zucchini, sliced into ⅓-inch rounds
05 - 2 cups cherry tomatoes, whole
06 - 2 cups baby potatoes, halved

07 - 3 tbsp olive oil
08 - 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (or oregano, thyme, basil blend)
09 - 1 tsp garlic powder
10 - ½ tsp smoked paprika
