# How-To Steps:

- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth and spreadable.
- Place one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Evenly spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla, leaving a half-inch border around the edge.
- Distribute each finely diced vegetable (bell peppers, carrot, cucumber, purple cabbage, and chives) evenly on top of the spread, arranging the colors to mimic Christmas lights.
- Press the vegetables gently into the spread, then roll the tortilla tightly from one edge to the other, creating a firm spiral.
- Repeat spreading, layering vegetables, and rolling for the remaining tortillas and filling mixture.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up the rolls, easing slicing.
- Remove wraps from refrigerator, unwrap, and slice each roll into six equal pinwheels. Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro as desired.
