02 - Pour in lukewarm whole milk, lukewarm water, eggs, and melted unsalted butter. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
03 - Knead the mixture by hand or using a dough hook for 7 to 10 minutes, until dough achieves a smooth and elastic consistency.
04 - Transfer dough to a lightly greased bowl, cover, and allow to rise in a warm environment until doubled in volume, approximately 1 hour.
05 - In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon, mixing thoroughly.
