01 - 2 cups milk chocolate chips
02 - 2 cups large marshmallows
03 - 2 cups graham crackers, broken into dippable pieces

# How-To Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Evenly spread 2 cups of milk chocolate chips across the base of a dry 9-inch cast iron skillet in a single layer.
03 - Cover the chocolate with 2 cups of large marshmallows, placing them snugly so they form an even layer.
04 - Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, watching closely until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
05 - Remove the skillet from the oven and let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes so the chocolate stabilizes slightly.
06 - Serve warm, using broken graham cracker pieces to scoop and enjoy immediately while the dip is gooey.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • No campfire required, just your favorite skillet and some oven magic.
  • It’s impossible to resist eating it straight from the pan the moment it’s ready.
02 -
  • Leave the skillet in too long and your marshmallows can go from toasty to scorched faster than you’d think.
  • Once I added peanut butter chips on a whim and it turned out dangerously delicious—try it if you’re feeling bold.
03 -
  • Let the skillet cool just enough so you don’t burn eager fingers—timing is everything.
  • For ultimate gooeyness, use fresh marshmallows; stale ones never puff up properly.
